i purchased this washer about two months ago and initially thought it was great but when you choose a setting like quick wash it just pauses at 28 minutes and does nothing for about a half hour so it takes way longer to do a "quick wash". on the normal setting it pauses at 27 minutes. the manual basically said a load could take longer than what the setting indicates, very frustrating!
