We received our stove 7 days ago and have been putting it through the ringer trying the features out as much as possible in that time We like the stove overall the air fryer works well once you learn it and its cooking times both ovens cook as they should two settings on broiler is a plus great burners on top and nice features overall The stove seems to be well made with a nice finish that should last years We think it would be nicer if it had a faint backlight for the oven controls on the main panel though. ONE COMPLAINT ABOUT THE STOVE SO FAR if you want to cook a pizza in the upper oven LG gives you 3 options / presets to automatically set the temp for the pizza type you want to cook. The manual says to select press 12or 3 and then press upper oven start and the oven will start to heat in 5 degree increments until it reaches its preset heat setting then the oven lights will flash a few times while playing a timer tune to let you know that it is time to put the pizza in and cook OUR OVEN DOES NONE OF THE ABOVE Ex we want to cook our pizza using the pizza p-1 setting we push it and then push start the oven DOES heat but no temp is displayed and no light flashing to let us know that its time to cook. not happy campers because we bought this oven with the idea that on a hot summer nights we would be cooking pizzas in the small oven not heating the whole house up we like our pizzas. I would have given at least 4 stars except for this problem all other cook modes show temp pre-heat but not the pizza setting even though the manual says its supposed to also Hope this can be fixed

Do not buy LG products from LG Partner Store

LG products may have good ratings. However my experience with gas range delivery is poor. It delivered by RXO 4 days late and I am still waiting for installation. RXO delivery said they were not qualified for installation. I contacted LG and they referred to RXO and also LG said RXO would install it. This is frustrating because I do not have a stove to cook.

Even though I have not had this product for a very long time I have found the features to be be so easy to use. In addition having the air fryer feature now allows me to remove the counter top air fryer I had. I have also found multiple uses for the double oven which I didnt think I would ever need

I bought this stove to replace my older LG which was dying. I like all the functions and have been trying out the air fryer function. Not sure if I like it. I do like that you can scan a food code from the app and it will start your oven with correct temperature.

Unable to use stovetop

I can only give 3 stars as I have not been able to use the stovetop since the range arrived without the grates. It was very difficult to talk with someone from LG to have the grates shipped and after many phones calls we were told they are on back order. We are still waiting for confirmation. Could another unit be shipped that has the grates? We are unable to cook for our family and when the grates come back in stock they will take 10 business days to arrive.

This Lg Double oven does not disappoint. We have had this oven for almost two weeks and are looking ving the features. We have cooked with the conventional oven Used the air fryer and cooked a 20# turkey using the bottom convection oven. Everything has been easy to use and cooked very well The burners cook your sauces and an foods quickly and the continuous grate is a very nice feature Overall this range is a great value and works well for all our cooking needs in the kitchen .

False Advertising

LG is using false advertising on their website to sell this product. The gliding oven shelf DOES NOT come with the unit as shown. Cheap sliding shelves are what you will get. I believe the customer is right when they can sent a product screen print to a chat rep showing something that is on the companys own website but did not arrive with the unit. Their chat reps are trained very well to say go to the website and look at the manual. She said the manual indicates it is an accessory. Now when do you get a manual AFTER you buy the product right? Unless you were expecting the company to not deliver what they advertise. Very disappointed in customer service and LG.

Does NOT Have the Roll-Out Rack that Is Shown

I purchased this range from Home Depot and although the product seems to be fine it was delivered without the rolling oven rack that is supposed to come with this model. The online photos of this model see attached photo and the in-store ranges I viewed have a roll-out rack for the lower oven. This is one of the reasons I decided to buy this range but I did not receive this rack. I received three plain racks. I request from LG Customer Service to be shipped the roll-out rack. They stated the rack did not come with this range despite the product photos clearly showing it Im very disappointed with LG about this.

We purchased the LG double oven. My first double oven and love it. I cook a lot and find this to be perfect. The upper oven is smaller but I really like the fact you are not heating up a larger oven for one small item.Plus youre not bending down as much to put in that item. It comes quickly to the temperature you want and controls are great. I recommend this oven highly
