I bought a dishwasher a month ago and received it half a month later. However the appearance of the dishwasher was damaged. I applied for reshipment but there is no news yet.

So far - not great.

First I didnt even need it even though LG suggested I get one. Second the installers/delivery people LG uses to get you your product are not great. The hose arrived one week after they said it would get to me and I paid for expedited shipping. However when I checked the shipping it said I only paid for regular shipping. However the expected date was the expedited shipping date. Third. The same issue with the delivery of the dishwasher itself its still not installed. Ive owned the dishwasher now for about two weeks and Im still hand-washing my dishes. Its not great so far LG. The cooktop/oven I purchased also needs to be repaired/replaced since installation. The lower half of the digital screen does not work and has not worked since day one. Makes cooking quite difficult.
