I got the dryer mostly since it promised to be a smart connected dryer. The updates to the phone are not good in that you don't really know when it is done or not. You get readings on the dryer saying it is done but the phone says more time is needed. Since my Dryer is in the basement you have trouble hearing the sound. If this had IFTTT at least I could set up a signal outside of the failed app

Bought this for my new house to replace my Cabrio Platinum set we lost in a house fire so glad I did. I wouldn't have anything else had a load of laundry in my dryer at the time of the fire and it was destroyed but the clothes inside were unharmed thankfully had a few things.

Worst Dryer I've Ever Used

This is the worst dryer I have ever owned. I purchased it almost two years ago and it continues to frustrate me every week. A load of t-shirts does not tumble them open, but balls up the shirts so they are damp and wrinkled. How can a dryer be so poorly made that in a full cycle, two sheets can end up in a ball, with one sheet bunched up inside the other one? Save your money; this dryer is overpriced for poor quality!

Great for big families...efficient!

Big machine!

I love this new washer! It has a laundry app, which makes it convenient for me when I'm doing other things and I don't quite realize the load is done. When my phone beeps, even if I am not near the washer, I can go to it and get the load in the dryer so it doesn't soil... other than that, it is just your basic washer that does all of the things you expect an older washer to do and not much more. It is huge, though and I love that! There isn't anything I cannot fit in there! This makes me feel like my bigger items are getting appropriately cleaned because I'm not shoving it in the washer! Overall, I am glad I bought it!

Love the size and the app

Needs improvement

I bought the Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer. I'm disappointed that they are not the same size since they are a matched set. The dryer is too deep and doesn't fit into my laundry area very well. If the glass doors on these machines are for viewing the action, the glass is much too dark. I wish the "How to dry" settings would always default to the "What to dry" presets. I wish the dryer didn't signal me to clean the lint filter before loading the machine because I clean the filter when I unload it.

I did my homework and read great reviews on this washer and then read bad reviews. I continued to investigate and my search led me to this washer time and time again. I'm glad I took the risk. The wash time is a little longer than my old 15 year old washer but you get twice as much wash in one load in the Cabrio.I have not used the app yet. Having difficulties with internet on my end.My only complaint is the noise. It is a little older than I expected but once you get used to it it is worth the "noise". It sounds like a printer printing.Overall it's wonderful.

Best Dryer Ever

I bought this dryer on February 7th 2016, it was an excellent electric dryer 220 voltage by the way. It came delivered as scheduled and the delivery guys who set it up. Were exceptional. They explained everything and how to use it properly. I have been using this dryer since I got it and I love all the features it comes with it was well worth the money spent on it. PLus it came with a rebate when you buy the Washer pair as well. Whirlpool does it again, Thanks for an excellent machine.

The. App only allows one login.... The alerts or push notifications can only hit a single device which is useles..... Next the notifications have. I audible alert..... What's the point. Kinda upset I purchase this model since the app blows. Hopefully they get some development done to make it better

I replaced my old and tired GE profile that was at least 15 years old and very tired with the Cabrio. I haven't used every function yet, but have loved what I have used so far. There are so many features that I will be a while before I use them all! I went with a washer/dryer set this time instead of my wait for it to die and replace it then with different pieces. I am waiting to have a reason to use all the functions it came with! Extremely satisfied with my new dryer!
