Very poor when trying to Fry food the burner cool down so low that your food actually stop cooking and the coding on your food is ruin. I wouldn™™t recommend this range to anyone. I would look for someone who care to reach out to me. My email is listed below.

Well our first stove had for 2 years it got shorted by burners got too hot and sparks , this new stove has safety features on it and it works great

The only complaint I have with the stove is the drawer at the bottom is too small. That's where I store my lids and cords.

This stove is well designed. Simple, modern. The coils are very stationary due to the slits which they sit in. Easy to clean. Self cleaning adds extra insulation. Simple cooking menu.

Temperatures of oven are set as they should be. Bakes wonderful. A little slow to heat up to temperature but maintains and bakes wonderful.

I research different stoves on line and read the positive and negative reviews before deciding on My GE range. I was concerned with the new safety feature in the coils and the reviews. I decided to purchase despite the feature . I am very happy to say that I have not experienced any of the problems with the coils shutting down and increasing the cooking time. I have skillets and pots that have a flat cooking surface. My food has not burned nor have I had increased cooking time.I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend!!!

We went for this model over glass top, last unit was Glass Top and a plain to clean. This unit works wonderfully, digital controls work great, with stable temps while baking, coils stay hot don't vary like Glass top, unit has several very good safety devices built in, when you remove a pan the switch in the middle of the coil cuts power, so if you forget to turn it off, it does it for you.

I'm very happy with my new GE stove! It is just your basic range, and the controls are very easy to use. The burners have the auto shut-off feature, which shuts them off if a pan is not present for a certain about of time. A great safety feature, especially with my teenagers cooking! The burners and the oven seem to heat very evenly, and it preheats quickly!

This was one of the least expensive self-cleaning ranges I could find, so I can't knock it too hard. It works great, but it's not a very attractive unit. In hindsight I would pay a bit more for a better looking model. The coils heat up quickly and get very hot. I have had many things "boil over" and have gotten used to cleaning up the mess. The oven also seems accurate.

My hope when I purchased this range was that it would perform at least as well as the 22 year old range I was replacing. The efficient performance of the new GE has exceeded my expectations, it seems to be solidly built, it's gorgeous (I have the black and 'silver' unit), and I could not be more pleased with this purchase!
